Our history

After a doctorate in chemistry and an initial career in large multinationals, Mina Kouk decided to change direction and live out her passion for Mediterranean cuisine and flavors on a daily basis.

This passion was born in 2009, and in 2012 Mina created Mina Kouk Traiteur, a catering service in Provence specializing in business events, private receptions and weddings.

The Mina Kouk Traiteur experience is built on exchange, listening and sharing.

Our team members, our local producers, our partners, our customers... All the meetings and discussions are sources of ideas that we draw on to reinvent Mediterranean gastronomy and improve every day.

Our ambition: To help you discover our revisited recipes and our professionalism by accompanying you in all your events in Provence.

We are proud to work closely with local producers to offer our customers fresh, seasonal produce.

And we are committed to eco-responsible entertaining, from the purchase of raw materials to waste management, as well as to the traceability of cooked products.

  • Recycling of all our waste: cardboard, glass, oil, etc. Composting bin for biodegradable waste 

We have a 0 plastic policy and are able to organize receptions with "0 waste without crockery

  • 50% waste reduction, Reusable fabrics, tableware and containers

To limit food waste, we only produce the quantities ordered by our customers.

  • Any surplus is redistributed to associations in Marseille.
